The City will be giving away FREE kite kits for the kids! Create a kite and learn to fly it! Or, bring your own kite and join the fun. There's plenty of room for everyone to launch their creations and watch them fly. The event will take place in the city's new 4-acre park, located one block from Downtown Historic Norcross.
